What Do You Think?

Should a facility report every allegation of abuse to the state survey agency - and every allegation of a crime (theft, sexual assault, physical assault) to law enforcement agencies? If a facility's investigation turns up evidence that a caregiver behaved abusively toward a resident (including verbal abuse), should you report that person to the state licensing board?
