Despite the suggestion that CMS is slowing down this Medicare payment train for further consultation, MACRA-backed programs are still slated to steamroll into town Jan. 1, 2017. Quite a bit of lingo has been bandied about, changed, and introduced since MACRA commenced in 2015 and with each new innovation add-on.
